1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Cigsofupim's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Cigsofupim provides automotive maintenance, engine repair, chassis service, and brake system solutions at our facility located at 63 Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Kuala Lumpur 50470, Malaysia.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate vehicle information and authorize all work before commencement. You are responsible for providing valid identification and payment details.
4. Liability Limitation
Cigsofupim is not liable for damages arising from vehicle defects pre-existing before service, unauthorized modifications, or misuse after service completion. All work is performed to industry standards.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion unless a written agreement specifies otherwise. We accept cash and card payments. Late payments may incur additional charges.
6. Warranty
Parts and labor carry a 30-day warranty from service date. Warranty does not cover wear items, accidents, or misuse. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of issue discovery.
7. Data Protection
We collect personal and vehicle data solely for service delivery and billing. Your data is processed in compliance with GDPR and local privacy regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Cancellation Policy
Services scheduled may be cancelled up to 24 hours before appointment with no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.
